Year 8 Anatomy Main Lesson

Year 8 are studying anatomy, taking inspiration from the renaissance artists Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. This lesson explores some of the incredible engineering of our bodies and an understanding on how to honour our health, our body as ‘our temple’ and requiring our highest reverence and care. They are learning about the incredible amount of correspondence that makes up who we are and how these correspondences are reflected throughout all aspects of our form. Students are engaged and enthusiastic and Year 8 Guardian Emma and Visual Arts Teacher Donna commend them on their engagement!
