With the ideal of 'Education for Life', Sydney's Glenaeon Rudolf Steiner School, the first Steiner school in Australia, was founded in 1957 with a Kindergarten of three pupils.

Today the school has grown to occupy three campuses: Children's Cottage Preschool at Willoughby; Years K-3 at Castlecrag and Years 4-12 at Middle Cove.

Our educational ideals are encapsulated in our motto 'Education for Life', driven by a commitment that all children achieve their full potential in all areas of endeavour. In the caring and supportive environment created at Glenaeon, children are guided to become young adults who can make informed and responsible life choices.
