The first event will be a morning workshop from 9-11am, where Helle will talk about her experiences at the NØkken Child Care Centre in Denmark and how these are relevant and adaptable for parents with very young children. There will be time for any questions you may have, and children can play in the enclosed garden area located beside the hall.

Helle will then give an evening talk from 7-9pm, where she will cover the “Five Golden Rules” of parenting, how to make room for your young child as a modern parent, why it is so important to have more time and how to create more time. Helle will discuss the importance of the early years of a child’s development, and share her “five golden rules” of parenting a young child.
