Glenaeon students chosen for Mosman Youth Art Prize
Congratulations to our students accepted in the Mosman Youth Art Prize
The following students have been accepted into the Mosman Youth Art Prize this year. This annual competition was initiated in 1988 by the internationally renowned artist Ken Done. The Prize is open to all young people aged 12-21 years and is one of the richest Youth Art Prizes in Australia. The competition is aimed at encouraging the creative talents of young people and providing a showcase for their works and is open to receive entries in any media.
So we congratulate Kauri Palmer from Year 9, Abbey Hardwick from Year 11 and Maija Tan from Year 12 on being accepted, and the Art Department wishes them the very best of luck on Friday night's opening when they announce the prizes. These will be awarded by Ken Done.
